For children from 4 to 6 years of age

Silently, simply listening, or captured by the versatile melodies; children experience music in our Lausch listening concerts with all their senses.

These concerts have been devised by Monika Sigl-Radauer, who also presents them, and music is performed by different ensembles from Salzburg.

Family Concerts

1st Concert      Games with Water – the Journey of a Drop of Water

A little drop of water sets out to find friends and to discover the world and on the way has all sorts of adventures by the river, at the lake, underwater and even in the air… until it becomes homesick!

27.11.2016, 11 am and 4 pm

2nd Concert     The Courageous Wanderer

Composer Theo accompanies a young wanderer with great sensitivity and wit; the wanderer has powers to enchant wild animals, dwarves and princesses.  A musical and witty excursion with new sounds and melodies into an ancient Alpine fairy-tale.

26.02.2017, 11 am and 4 pm

3rd Concert      Sun and Moon – a Love Story

Colombina is a washer-woman and works during the day when the sun shines.  Pero is a baker and works at night-time so that people can have fresh bread in the morning.  But how can the two come together? An enchanting story about day and night.

02.04.2017, 11 am and 4 pm

4th Concert      Jodraehodulio on the Mountain Pasture – a hike in the mountains accompanied by folk music

This time the Ensemble Radau & Co pack up their hiking boots and a tasty snack.  They want to climb up the Untersberg. To make sure they don’t get too tired along the way, they take a rest every so often, an ideal opportunity to sing, play music and dance.
