BAZAR CONCERT: Mozart’s Corresponding Grooves
For young people from the age of 13
artist and beatboxer Sebastian Fuchs together with cellist Philipp Comploi
undertake an experiment: they leaf through the sounds and rhythms between the
lines in Mozart’s letters and in the concert find their own sound language and
of Wolfgang Amadé Mozart’s letters can be regarded as linguistic scores. This is the guiding idea behind the approach
taken by the two artists. They evolve new musical interpretations which could
bring a fresh breeze into Mozart research.

Sebastian Fuchs is a voice artist and beatboxer without a pseudonym. He is known to insiders especially for his
solo programme Radio in the Head.
Philipp Comploi was born in Salzburg and began to learn the cello at the age of
seven. He enjoys exploring crossover
experiments so as to present chamber music as a passionate and exciting musical
